Rexroth’s DO15-MR and DO10-BMR — lots of features despite tiny size

Bosch Rexroth’s DO15-MR and DO10-BMR series compact pneumatic directional control valves offer many features despite its miniature size.

The DO15-MR and DO10-MR are solenoid-operated and direct-acting valves that can be installed on a single aluminum subbase or manifolds of up to 16 stations. Parts can be factory assembled, custom made or ordered separately, while tested manifold assemblies are also offered.

Standard voltages are 12VDC (Voltage Direct Current) and 24 VDC for 2/2 normally closed set-up, as well as 3/2 normally open or closed configurations. Other options and voltages are also available upon request, including special higher flow variants and bespoke manifolds with integrated wiring and multi-pin connector.

The DO15-MR and DO10-BMR series are also switchable with other manufacturers’ 10mm and 15mm valves, and are competitively priced.

Measuring 10 millimetres, the DO10-MR valve comes with a standard push type manual override and its working pressure ranges from zero to 102 psi. Conventional electrical connections include a two-pin 90° connection with LED and a 300mm flying leads. The valve also offers quick response times of 10 ms when de-energized and eight ms when energized.

The 15mm DO15-MR valve comes with a push-type non-locking override or a two-position locking manual. Working pressure ranges from zero to 102 psi for the normally open variants, and zero to 73 psi for the normally closed variants. Standard electrical connections include a DIN Form C, 300mm flying leads and a two-pin 90° connection with LED. It also features quick response times of 12 ms when de-energized and 10 ms when energized.
