Polyether-based polyurethane tubing offers excellent resistance to chemicals, kinking, abrasion, hydrolysis, oxidation, and ozone exposure. The company’s polyether-based polyurethane tubing excels in maintaining exceptional flexibility, high-impact strength, and above average performance in cold temperature.
Generally stronger than ether-based tubing, ester-based polyurethane tubing features above average chemical resistance, a high level of resilience, and adequate energy absorption. Although polyester-based tubing is not recommended for applications that will expose it to water or moisture, it does enjoy a slight cost advantage over Ether-based tubing.
Economical flexible vinyl tubing is plasticized from non-toxic flexible PVC, and offers a wide range of chemical resistance, which makes it a suitable choice for a wide variety of industrial piping problems. This tubing will not offer the kink resistance or strength of our polyurethane tubing, but is an excellent choice when cost is an over-riding priority.
