UPDATED: Fabco-Air has announced the acquisition of the Humphrey Stainless Steel, Disposable Cylinder product line. This also includes the Humphrey Volume Chamber product line as well as all relevant cylinder accessories.

Air Vice President Scot LaMar about the deal.
“We feel that the addition of the Humphrey cylinder line is the perfect complement to our existing Disposable Cylinder product line,” he said. “Again, our F Series is directly interchangeable with many of the other popular brands.”
Scot also noted, “No matter how you say it, i.e., non-repairable, throw-away, disposable, stainless steel body, etc., we’re positioned to be primary supplier.”
The transition of the product line to Fabco-Air Inc. will begin on December 16, 2016.
