ControlAir today announced the introduction of the new Type 1005V Electronic Vacuum Regulator. It is the first electronic vacuum regulator offered by ControlAir. The Type 1005V Electronic Vacuum Regulator is used in various industrial and automation applications to precisely control and regulate the flow of air or gases in a system.

The new Type 1005V Electronic Vacuum Regulator is the first electronic vacuum regulator offered by ControlAir.

The Type 1005V Electronic Vacuum Regulator is a device that controls vacuum pressure. It has two solenoid valves, a pressure sensor, and an electronic board for precise control. This regulator ensures that the vacuum pressure remains steady, even if conditions change. It uses a special design with a built-in sensor to monitor and adjust the vacuum levels by controlling inlet and outlet valves. You can install it easily in any position, and it provides a high flow rate, accuracy, and consistency.

The Type 1005V is ideal for any process requiring precise regulation of vacuum pressure. It is suitable for a wide range of applications which include semiconductor manufacturing, medical OEM, mass spectrometry, pick & place, and leak testing.

The Type 1005V has a vacuum range of -14.5 to 0 psi (-1 to 0 bar / -100 to 0 kpa). Input signal is 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, and RS485 Modbus. Monitor output is 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, and 1-5 V. Response time is 0.8 sec. Repeatability is ±0.1% full scale, Hysteresis ±0.3% full scale, Linearity ±0.1% full scale, and Accuracy is at ±0.5% full scale. The ambient temperature range is 32° to 158° F (0° to 70° C). Flow rate is 22 scfm (640 L/min) at full open. The port size is 1/4 in. NPT. The Type 1005V Electronic Vacuum Regulator weighs 1.21 lb (0.55 kg). Standard options include BSP porting and bar display (PSI is standard). Bracket kits are available for versatile installation options.
