ASCO integrated automation Series-501-panel-openASCO has introduced ASCO Numatics Integrated Automation Solutions—customized assemblies of best-in-class electrical and pneumatic components designed to meet specific customer needs.

“Leveraging ASCO’s 127 years of expertise, our customized integrated solutions offer original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) the convenience and cost savings of engineered, pre-assembled, tested, and ready-to-install pneumatics packages,” said Robert W. Kemple, Jr., executive vice president, sales and marketing — Americas, ASCO. “Maintenance managers will value the solution’s modular designs, which permit drop-in replacement plus easy access to components and diagnostics.”

These compact, space-saving solutions incorporate Numatics directional control valves, air preparation products, fieldbus electronics, and accessories, plus ASCO fluid control valves. They are produced in the United States by a factory-trained ASCO assembly team, and are supported nationwide by the company’s local field service.

Integrated Automation Solutions benefit from ASCO’s engineering tools and services that include design support, CAD models, Numasizing software for product sizing, build-to-blueprint services, and controller integration.

“Our commitment to dedicate comprehensive resources every step of the way—from design to development to production to delivery—will help OEMs identify lower-cost pneumatic components that have the built-in reliability and durability that only ASCO can provide,” said Kemple. “In addition, our integrated solutions will free OEMs’ time to focus on their core competencies.”

Integrated Automation Solutions are ideal for applications in the biomedical and pharmaceutical, life sciences, food and beverage, dairy, petrochemical, and water/wastewater industries.
