Fremont, Ohio-based Alkon Corp. has acquired Allenair LLC of Mineola, N.Y.
A company spokesperson indicated that they are longtime admirers of Allenair products and are proud to add them to their company.
Allenair will become a division of Alkon under its Management team and the company will integrate the sales and production activities over the next few months. The addition of Allenair to the Alkon Corp. family of Companies will allow Alkon to expand its global footprint and provide additional services and products to its customers and their customers.
