Rotary hand valves are simple and economical devices well-suited for manual directional flow control in a wide range of applications. The redesigned VHLA rotary hand valve from IMI Norgren, Littleton, Colo., reportedly offers users a significant upgrade, compared with previous versions. It includes more options and a lower price—up to 50% lower for some sizes.
With three body sizes, ports ranging from 1/8 to 3/4-in., and ISOG threads as well as traditional NPT threads, the valves are designed to handle many OEM or MRO applications using lubricated or nonlubricated compressed air. The smooth moving, easy-to-grasp handle and an integral body thread that allows quick panel mounting make the IMI Norgren VHLA ideal for material handling, conveying, assembly test equipment, packaging, sealing and cutting or machine tools. IMI Precision Engineering offers a world-class portfolio of high performance products with brands including IMI Norgren, IMI Buschjost, IMI FAS, IMI Maxseal and IMI Herion.
