Ross Control’s Pushbutton and Flow Control valves

Ross Controls developed two products — the Pushbutton valves and Flow Control valves.

These two latest additions to the ROSS product family were specifically designed for customers who want to reduce cost while still maintaining a hi-tech system.

The all-new and competitively priced Flow Control valves are great alternatives to their pricier counterparts because of its high flow, low profile and compact design.

These valves are also suitable for applications that require precise operation, such as cylinders as they offer finely-calibrated control, ranging near zero to full flow.

These flow controls also help regulate the predictable and smooth motions in both directions when they are matched with the control valve capacity. These three-way valves are also available in different port sizes, including 1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch.

Meanwhile, the latest three-way Pushbutton valves can be used in applications requiring non-electric actuation of air piloted valves. In particular, these valves can be utilised to remotely reset the company’s internally monitored Series 35 SERPAR® L-G double valve once the monitored fault has been rectified.

Considered as an all-in-one product, the Pushbutton valves can be easily ported as a normally-open or normally-closed valve, allowing for a more streamlined inventory and greater application flexibility.

Furthermore, the button actuators are offered in red or green, and in 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch port sizes.

Moreover, Ross Control’s Pushbutton valves and Flow Control valves are available in BSPP or NPT threads.
