Pneumatic Valves equipped with central M12 connector

Parker Hannifin’s (www.parker.com) Isys HA and HB ISO 15407-1 valves feature a central four-pin M12 connector that offers a single electrical connection for double sand single solenoid through a cord set linked to an I/O distribution block or an M12 fieldbus output module.

Eliminating conduit runs and wire pulling, the cord set optimizes line management while effectively reducing wiring time.

The Isys M12 model uses ISO 15407 and 5599 electrical and dimensional standards as its foundation. It completes the company’s Isys ISO valve product portfolio with a robust, multi-featured design that includes 5599-2 H1/2/3 and 15407-2 HB/HA plug-in valves with collective wiring, as well as 5599-1 H1/2/3 and 15407-1 HB/HA non-plug-in valves, which comes with individual connectors.

Designed to fill in a particular market niche, the Isys M12 valves were specifically developed as a direct response to industrial demand for an IP-rated and rugged stainless-steel connector. Available with 18 mm and 26 mm variants, the valves are ideally suited for OEMs standardized on M12 connectors and for industrial markets focusing on automotive.

Meanwhile, Isys 18 mm/26 mm manifolds are offered in two-station multiples, reducing the number of base-to-base pneumatic and electrical connections to significantly reduce misconnections and leaks.

Parker’s Isys pneumatic valves are suited for any global market participant, in which OEMs and/or end-users benefit from global component standardization, including material handling, automotive, medical, consumer equipment and process industries.
