AutomationDirect-NITRA Pneumatic Precision regulators_5x7AutomationDirect’s line of NITRA pneumatic parts now includes a wide range of pneumatic precision regulators designed for applications such as control and analysis instrumentation, medical equipment actuation, web tensioning, high-grade paint booths and drink process machines.

NITRA BR and BFR Series Regulators are designed for use in systems that require clean, accurate instrument air. Starting at $37.00, they are constructed of durable materials ideal for industrial environments. Both series feature diecast aluminum alloy bodies with irridite and baked epoxy finish, nitrile elastomer and nylon fabric diaphragms, and nitrile elastomer valve seats. Available with 1/4 and 1/2 in. NPT ports, both series are pipe, bracket or through-body direct mountable. Additionally, BFR series combination filter and regulators feature a 40 micron polyethylene filter (5 micron optional), two 1/4 in. NPT gauge ports and a manual drain.

The CR Series Precision Regulators are designed with diecast aluminum alloy bodies and stainless steel, brass, plated steel, and acetal internal components. CR-series regulators also feature a poppet valve balanced by a rolling diaphragm to ensure a constant output pressure even during wide supply pressure variations. Starting at $64.00, CR-series regulators are pipe or bracket mountable and are available with 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 in. port sizes and two pressure ranges.

DR Series Precision Regulators, often used for applications such as precision fluid control, air gauging, gas mixing and more, feature diecast zinc alloy bodies, stainless steel, brass, plated steel, and acetal internal components. Available with 1/4 or 3/8 in. ports and two pressure ranges, DR-series regulators start at $81.00.

NITRA ER Series Precision Regulators are miniature regulators with diecast aluminum alloy, chromate and epoxy paint housings and two 1/8 in. ports that provide the highest level of regulation accuracy and repeatability in a compact, lightweight housing. Ideal for applications that require exact pressure control and substantial flow capacity under variable operating conditions with limited space, ER-series regulators are priced at $56.00.

HydroMode FR series food-grade regulators are compact units that provide economical, high-performance pressure regulation of drinkable water. The highly sensitive diaphragm-operated design delivers accurate downstream pressure and the molded rubber supply valve provides precise regulation while helping to prevent leakage. Approved by National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) or the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in potable water systems, FR-series regulators are fitted with two 1/8 in. gauge ports and are available with 1/8 and 1/4 in. NPT ports. Pipe, bracket or panel-mountable, the FR-series regulators are priced at $24.00.
