Shrinking electronics have allowed Universal Air Filter to offer its clients a multi-cooling chamber air filter designed for directional control of cool air from a single fan source to specific locations within the machine needing heat dissipation.
Previously, smaller electronic devices promoted an increased use of multiple circuit packs in a single enclosure, and multiple functions that were incorporated into a single, integrated chassis made thermal management more complex. The advanced multi-cooling chamber approach now allows the product to isolate specific areas for cooling, permitting a one-piece assembly to have several different areas that require cool air and that can be offset two-dimensionally. Also, if multiple vents require filtration, this design’s one-frame piece allows for easy installation and the multi-chamber cooling ports permit clean, cool air to be channeled to specific areas.
