Nitra-ISO-Cylinders-5x7AutomationDirect’s NITRA pneumatic product line now includes G-Series double-acting air cylinders suitable for use in product packaging, food processing and other high-speed product manufacturing applications. These pneumatic air cylinders have a 145 psi operating pressure and are interchangeable with other popular brands.

The series was developed with a fully metric design to meet the ISO 15552 standard. Features include adjustable cushions to provide end-of-stroke deceleration at both ends, internal magnetic material for sensor switching, G-thread (BSPP) female ports and three sides of longitudinal slots for inserting and securing sensors.

All G-Series cylinders are constructed with high-quality aluminum bodies and end caps, C45 chromed piston rods and die cast aluminum heads.

The series includes bore sizes from 32mm to 100mm and stroke lengths from 25mm to 600mm to meet a broad range of applications. Models feature flange, rod clevis, rod eye, foot mount, spherical rear pivot or rear pivot mounting options.
