(Lexington, KY) – The new Series ICL pneumatic cylinders meet ISO 15552 standards and offer a clean design ideal for medium demanding, dust-off or light wash-down applications common place in secondary packaging/handling and other industrial applications.  The cylinders have hard anodized aluminum surfaces with stainless steel screws and piston rods.  Due to the standard magnetic piston design, micro-sensors can be easily installed on an integrated external rail – no grooves for particles to collect.

They feature adjustable cushions and noise reducing bumpers on both ends as standard, and Viton seals are available for high temperature environments.  The cylinders utilize the Rexroth “ideal cushioning” design, which allows fine tuning of cushions to maximize stroke speed, resulting in reduced cycle times, reduced vibration, and longer cylinder life.  Bore sizes range from 32 mm to 125 mm.  An on-line configurator allows a user to design a custom cylinder with choice of ISO-G (BSPP) or NPT ports, and metric or UNF rod threads, and receive a CAD drawing.
