EXAIR’s E-Vac ® Vacuum Generators — an affordable way to generate vacuum

EXAIR has developed the E-Vac® Vacuum Generators. These compressed air powered single stage vacuum generators are a cost effective way to create a vacuum for various applications such as surface mounting, aligning, chucking, lifting and clamping.

These Vacuum Generators, which are commonly used for pick and place operations, deliver instantaneous response. In addition, these single stage vacuum pumps are a cost effective venturi. They are also offered in various flows and sizes, plus a diverse line-up of suction cups for a broad range of applications.

Aside from that, E-Vac Vacuum Generators are very user-friendly thanks to its aluminum construction. The vacuum inlet easily connects to hoses, piping and tubing. Moreover, sturdy vacuum cups made out of vinyl for ‘pick and place’ operations are also offered. The Vacuum Generators also come with optional silencing mufflers, which enable maximum exhaust so that cycle speed will not be diminished.

These Vacuum Generators also come in three models, namely, the In-line E-Vac, the Modular E-Vac and the Adjustable E-Vac.

The In-line E-Vac is highly efficient and minimizes air consumption. Mechanical vacuum generators usually experience fluctuations, but the In-line E-Vac’s single stage design eradicates fluctuations, delivering a steady and consistent vacuum.

Apart from that, small particulates such as dust can easily pass through the vacuum generator but will not clog it up. Each unit is also guaranteed to be maintenance free and has no moving parts. Furthermore, each vacuum generator is compact and is easy to mount, eliminating line loss.
