Nason SC series pneumatic cylinders conveyorWalhalla, S.C.—Nason, a manufacturer of pneumatic and hydraulic products, introduces the new SC Series of conveyor stop cylinders, which delivers more power in a smaller package.

SC Series conveyer stop cylinders are designed for today’s most demanding conveyor systems. This pneumatic stop cylinder provides more stopping power in a smaller package, making it suitable for demanding applications where space is limited and stopping power must be high. SC Series cylinders were designed to be easily customized to the exact needs of today’s design engineers.

• The SC series incorporates a 60,000 psi tensile strength bearing with an oversized 100,000 psi yield strength rod for maximum stopping power.
• Nason is able to fit a larger bore size into the same package as comparable competitive products.
• Five bore sizes are available with a variety of strokes and rod options to ensure a perfect fit for each application.
• Other features include: piston position sensing, side or face mounting, and a variety of mounting flanges.
