Bimba Manufacturing Company (www.bimba.com), maker of hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic solutions, has proudly announced the release of its newly redesigned “Blue and Improved” Original Line cylinder.

“These design enhancements are the culmination of more than three years of product testing and communications with our customers. It will more than double the life of our Original Line(R), enhancing the value to our customers of the industry’s hardest working, longest lasting cylinder,” explained Jerry Scherzinger, Original Line Product Marketing Manager at Bimba.

The Original Line cylinders are available in bore sizes 5/16″, 7/16″, 9/16″, 3/4″, 7/8″, 1-1/16″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 1-3/4″, 2″, 2-1/2″ and 3″. It also offers a vast array of mounting styles and stroke lengths, while other design modifications include new packaging and labeling.

“Additionally, we are updating the look of the cylinder by replacing our pre-existing red logo with an updated blue logo, as well as introducing new packaging that will be easier for customers to remove prior to installing our cylinders,” said Scherzinger.

Scott Meldeau, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bimba commented that these changes mirror the “aggressive corporate approach Bimba is taking to strengthen our existing products, in addition to developing new products to position us for future growth.”
